Apartment Rentals Fuerteventura act as booking agents on behalf of private owners of properties in the Caleta de Fuste area of Fuerteventura.
We provide a simple way of booking private apartments and villas directly from the owners at no extra charge to the guest.
Our management team look after all of the advertised properties assuring you, the holidaymaker, and excellent service from beginning to end.
For every owner we provide one full page to advertise their property with up to 15 photos, full description, pricing and up to date availability calendar. This enables the holidaymaker to fully see the benefits of the advertised property.
Any changes to description, availability, photos etc are updated as soon as we receive them.
Choosing a property:-
- Choose your property by browsing through our database.
- Check availability by clicking on ‘Availability Calendar’.
- Complete the ‘Enquiry Form’ including property reference number and click on submit. Alternatively you can e-mail us your enquiry.
- When we have confirmed availability with you, please visit our website and click on ‘Payment Information’. Here you will find payment details to secure your accommodation.
- Payment is made securely either through PayPal or by any major Credit Card.
- Balance of payment is due on arrival.
- Once in receipt of deposit you will be sent an ‘Booking Confiration Voucher’. This is to be printed and handed to our representative upon arrival at the apartment/villa.
Cancellation: -
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before departure. Cancel within 4 weeks and your deposit is given to the owner of the reserved property and the week/s re-released.
Should any problems occur with the accommodation you have booked we reserve the right to move your reservation into another property of equal standard. If you are not in agreement with the allocation we will fully refund your deposit.
Complaints: -
Should you have any complaints, either from our rental service or from our accommodation, please forward them to us and we will resolve the problem as soon as we can. We aim to keep a high standard of both online services and of accommodation to attract returning custom.
We would like to remind you that travel insurance is essential and is best taken out at the time of booking your accommodation and flights.
Neither Apartment Rentals Fuerteventura or the owner of the accommodation hold any responsibility for any injuries/accidents that may occur during your stay. Personal holiday insurance must be taken out by all parties.
