We provide the perfect solution for those booking private apartments and villas directly from the owners at no extra charge to the guest.
Five Simple Steps To Booking Your Property (remember there is no additional charge to you!):-
1. Choose your property by browsing through our database.
2. Check your desired properties' availability by clicking on ‘Availability Calendar’.
3. Complete the ‘Enquiry Form’ including the property reference number and click on submit. Or you can simply e-mail us your enquiry.
4. When we have confirmed availability with the owner, we will send you to our Payment Information Form. Included in this form will be deposit payment details to secure your accommodation. Apartments maybe provisionally booked for a maximum of two weeks whilst you find flights.
5. Your 10% deposit is made securely either through PayPal or by any major Credit Card.
And that's all there is to it.
Note: Once in receipt of deposit you will be sent an ‘Booking Confirmation Voucher’, with details of the booking including balance of payment due. You will then be contacted directly by the property owner/agent of your confirmed property to arrange key collection and payment details.
Cancellation: -
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 6 weeks before departure. Cancel within 6 weeks and your deposit is lost and the week/s re-released.
Should any problems occur with the accommodation you have booked we reserve the right to move your reservation into another property of equal standard.
Complaints: -
Should you have any complaints regarding your accommodation then please contact the management company or owner of said property direct. Contact details can be found in all apartments/villas.
We aim to keep a high standard of both online services and of accommodation to attract returning custom so please let us know if you have any major complaints so we can inform the property owner and get it rectified.
We would like to remind you that travel insurance is essential and is best taken out at the time of booking your accommodation and flights.
Neither Apartment Rentals Fuerteventura or the owner of the accommodation hold any responsibility for any injuries/accidents that may occur during your stay. Personal holiday insurance must be taken out by all parties.
