How it works
To start advertising on our site we will need upto 10 clear photographs of your property with interior and exterior if possible and a full detailed description including cleaning and laundry facilities and yearly prices.
Your personal web page will then be created and your details added. An availability calender can also be created if desired but must be kept updated by owners at all times.
All enquiries for the property will come through to us and once we have confirmation from either property owners, or management companies that the property is available for requested dates we will take a 10% deposit as our booking fee through our secure, online payment facility.
Once this has been received the guest will be issued a Confirmation Booking Voucher stating the total amount due. If you prefer payment prior to arrival then please let us know and we will inform the guest of this when they initially book.
You will then be sent contact details for the guest and also a copy of the Booking Confirmation Voucher and are then to contact the guest directly to organise key collection and balance of payment etc
We currently work with a number of property management companies and can also organise airport transfers and accessory hire if necessary.
