THE TOWNHOUSE COMPRISES OF THE FOLLOWING:
BEDROOMS - one double with built in wardrobe and safety deposit box and one twin again with large built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fan's. The downstairs bedroom has a pull out single bed.
BATHROOMS - a shower room downstairs with basin and toilet and an upstairs bathroom with toilet, bidet and basin. Both bathrooms are stylish and modern.
LOUNGE AREA - with 2 sofa's, one which turn into a double bed, flat screen T.V with DVD and a selection of films and C.D's. Two ceiling fan's can also be found.
KITCHEN - a fully equipped kitchen with all mod con's such as oven and hob, toaster, kettle fridge freezer etc. There is also an outside utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Also a breakfast bar which seats 5.
TERRACES - three terraces. One roof terrace with spectacular views over Caleta, out to sea and the Golf Course. Middle terrace with loungers, chairs and table and downstairs terrace with table and chairs, decked area and tiled area with loungers.
Towels and linen are also provided as is a mid-week laundry change if you book for 2 weeks. A mid-week clean is optional and charged to the guest.
