For Your Security, and Peace of Mind:
Once your preferred dates have been confirmed by us, we will need a one-off payment to secure your booking; a nominal amount of €70,00/£50.00 per week booked, will guarantee this - and give you, and us - peace of mind.
Secure and encrypted payment can be made via PayPal or by any major credit card.
PLEASE NOTE -
Payment can be made in either pound sterling or Euro's.
When the transaction has been completed, and your accommodation confirmed, your Booking Confirmation Voucher will be forwarded to you via email.
This Voucher will confirm your booking and inform you of the euro/sterling total balance required.
Balance of payment is due, in cash, upon arrival.
If you prefer to pay in full before you arrive, you may do so through our website. When the outstanding balance has been paid, an amended Booking Voucher will be sent to you, showing "payment in full".
Please print and bring your Booking Confirmation Voucher with you to Fuerteventura, as this must be presented to one of our representatives upon arrival at your place of stay (be advised that many owners ask us to take a 100€ bond to cover any breakages or damages to their holiday home. This is payable upon arrival and you will recieve a reciept for the money. If no damages are incurred then the bond will be fully refunded).
Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is no less than six weeks prior to your arrival.
N.B: By securing your accommodation with a deposit, you are agreeing to our Booking and Cancellation Terms as stated under 'Booking Conditions'.
